Commission structure

Three payouts on every referral, recurring on retention

We pay on three milestones. The first hits when your referral books a qualified meeting with our team. The second when they sign their first invoice. The third pays every month they remain a client — for up to 12 months.

Paid the moment your referral takes a 30-min discovery call with our team and qualifies on budget + scope. No fluff calls.

Of first month invoice

On retainer engagements, you take 10% of the first invoiced fee. On a $12k/mo retainer that's $1,200 cash on the first invoice clearing.

5% recurring
Months 2 – 12

5% of every invoice for the next eleven months your referral stays on retainer. A single retained referral pays out for the full year.
