Inbound from /consultation, partner referrals and outbound. Engagements pass through KYC, vertical fit and AU compliance scoring. Onboarding produces an internal engagement record with mandate, channels, governance cadence and expected media envelope.

Settlement Routing

Capital received from clients is routed through our distributed settlement operations network. Each transaction generates a routing checklist, partner assignment and audit trail. Reconciled fortnightly against partner ledger.

Fulfillment Assignment

Campaigns are matched to vetted media buying partners across APAC, EMEA, AMER. Matching is keyed on vertical, channel, language, capacity and historical SLA performance. Partner accepts via portal, signs scope, and receives campaign brief.

Campaign Deployment

Assigned partner deploys campaigns under CFM Group governance — daily QA, twice-weekly performance reviews, real-time spend ceilings, conversion telemetry into the unified observability layer. Reconciled monthly against revenue.
